診察時間が診察券には19:15と書いてあったので 19:02に入ったら19:00までに来いだとか今回は特別だとか偉そうな事を言われました。そこで、診察券に書いてあるのか聞いたらホームページを見てくれと言う意味不明な事を言われました。 受付も客を小馬鹿にした感じで小声で悪口を言っています。 それにここの医者は口を開ければ咳喘息としか言わず、薬もいつの同じものしか出しません。 二度と行きません。

受付スタッフのひそひそ声にくわえ、診療自体もやる気が無いのか同じ病名しか言いません。正直受付スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしいと書かれている方が数名いらっしゃいますが疑問に思います。何度か行っても雰囲気は最悪でした。また、以前は診療時間の記載はあれど受付時間の記載はなく、ホームページに記載されていると言われましたが記載されていませんでした。ですがかなり評価が落とされていたみたいなので焦って急遽ホームページには原則として30分前には受付をしないと書き更新しているみたいです。良い評価をされている人は一体何を見て感じてそう思ったのか不思議です。評価がとても低い所から急に満点の評価がしかも連続で投稿されているのを見るとウチウチで上げているのだろうと思います。そういう事をするような病院はきっと誤診をしても隠そうとするような所だと感じます。二度と行くことはないです。

綺麗な病院でしたが院内の雰囲気は最悪でした。ひそひそ声が目立ち私語を許す先生なんだなと感じました。また診療時間に関しても分かりにくく医療従事者でないと分からないような書き方をされても私には分かりません。受付時間を書くべきだと思います。先生はいい人かも知れませんがスタッフの方々は最低でした。受付スタッフが素晴らしいとか正直サクラにしか見えません。そうやって嘘をつく様な現実も受け止められない病院にはもう世話になりたくないので違うところに行こうと思います。もう行きたくないですし行くことはないです。

以前この病院に行ったところ診療時間のみしか書かれておらず受付は何時までとどこにも明記されておりませんでした。また院内も雰囲気が悪く、私語が目立ち非常に雰囲気がよろしくなかったです。またファーストオピニオンならまだしもセカンドオピニオンでさえも同じことしか言わずそれに対する十分な説明もなく早く帰りたい雰囲気を醸し出されこちらが悪いのかと思わされるので二度と行きたくはないと感じました。すぐ血を抜いてくるのが欠点ではありますが面倒をよく見てくれる武田病院が一番良かったです。

他の人も書かれているように、受付が失礼過ぎて呆れました。 診療時間の記載はあるが、受付時間が書かれてない為診療時間内に行くと受付は終わりました!と怒り口調で言われたので、HPにも記載がなかったので来てしまった事を伝えると受付の女性は「主人(院長?)に言っておきます!」とこれまた怒り口調…???はっ!?なんで怒ってるの? と思いましたが。我慢してその日は予防接種の予約に行っただけだったので診察ではない事を伝えると、予約が既にいっぱいだとの事…。 それなら予防接種を諦めますと言うと、薄笑いを浮かべ、なぜか勝ち誇ったような態度の受付…本当に気分が悪くなります。先生は良い先生だと思いますが、毎度こちらの受付の態度にはおや?と思うことがありました。今回の事で、とてつもなく威張りたがりで思いやりのない受付なんだと確信を持ちました。体調の悪い人が行くクリニックで受付時間の記載が無い為ワザワザ足を運んだ人をバカにする態度はいかがなものかと。「予防接種の予約は10月半ばです」と先月言われたので早めに行ったつもりでしたが 10月1日から予約開始でした無理です!と、HPに載せてくれれば良いのにと、他にもいくつも疑問に思う事があります。

家が近いため家族とよく行ってました。診断も雑な為嫌な印象はあったものの2歳の甥っ子が発熱だった為いくと前まで見てもらってたのに急にここは小児科じゃないからと言われました。なんでか聞くと、専門じゃないからと言われ、コロナの時期もあるからとの返答。最初からコロナとかの理由だったらすんなり受け入れているが言い方的に前までは専門じゃないけど適当に見てたとしか受け取れませんでした。 星一もあげたくないです。もう行きません。

コロナ禍で予約外での健診NGと把握せず(考えてみれば本来そうですよね…)、飛び込みでお世話になりましたが、会社の健診で簡易なものでいいと伝え、受付の方も先生も親切に対応して下さりとても助かりました。 血液検査など詳細があると厳しかったかもしれませんが、それでも週末のお忙しいであろう時間帯に新患であれ丁寧に接して下さりとてもありがたかったです。 口コミを見て非常に不安でしたが、設備も綺麗で皆さんの対応も良く、心強かったです。
