説明が早口過ぎて聞き取れなかったり、それくらい当然分かるでしょ的な対応だったり、挙げ句の果てには、こちらは敬語でお話ししているのに相手は「ため口」。こんな事が有って良いのでしょうか？論外です。所詮、お役所仕事。サービス精神の欠片も無いんでしょうね。まともな対応をして下さる職員の方もいらっしゃいましたが、変な態度の職員が数多く見受けられました。
大変気分が悪いです。
The staff's response was very bad.
The explanation is too fast to be heard, or the response is so obvious that you can understand it. Is it okay to have something like this? It's out of the question. After all, government office work. I think there is no fragment of the service spirit. There were some staff members who responded decently, but there were many staff members with strange attitudes.
I feel very sick.
