ス	スモモ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハローマイホームで建てていただいて丸３年になりました！家を諦めていたのですが、ローコストと営業さんの人柄の良さと私達に合った返済額で、住宅ローンがあっても旅行に行ったり、子供達とお出掛けしたりとお金に無理なく家が建てられました！ローコストだから不安…という方もいるかもしれませんが、３年住んでても不備はありませんし！断熱もしっかりしてるので、夏は涼しく冬は暖かくで快適に過ごさせてもらってます。オール電化にしたら、月の電気料も一万ぐらいで助かっています。(太陽光はのせていません。) ローコスト住宅だから、規格住宅？？と思うかもしれませんが…私達は自分達の思うように間取り変更したりと、かなり営業さんを困らせたと思います！笑ですが、嫌な顔をせず対応してくださった営業さんに感謝です！見学に行っても、営業さんの押し売りはなかったので、気軽に見学してみてもいいのでは？と思います！！ It's been 3 years since I built it at Hello My Home! I had given up on my house, but with the low cost, the personality of the sales person, and the repayment amount that suits us, even if I have a mortgage, I can go on a trip or go out with my children without difficulty. Was built! Some people may be worried because it is low cost, but there is nothing wrong with living for 3 years! The heat insulation is good, so it's cool in the summer and warm in the winter, so I'm comfortable. If all-electric homes are used, the monthly electricity bill will be saved at around 10,000. (No sunlight is on it.) Because it is a low-cost house, is it a standard house? ?? You might think ... We think that we changed the floor plan as we wanted, which was quite annoying to the sales staff! Lol However, I am grateful to the sales person who responded without making an unpleasant face! Even if I went to the tour, there was no sales promotion, so why not feel free to visit? I think! !!
