よもぎ蒸しは国産ヒノキの椅子に座り、国産ヨモギの香りが良く、蒸されて気持ちよく汗をかけますが、ベタベタしません。身体の中から温まるので、いつまでたってもホカホカしています。
体調管理に気を付けているので、免疫力も上がりそうだし、何よりヨモギで癒やされるのでこれからも通いたいと思います。
