二人の作業員の方が来られましたが
「西山」という50～60代？の方が、コンセントの差し方すら分かっていない始末で、対応態度がとても不快でした。
家電のことを何も分かっていないのが丸分かりなのに、余計な無駄話ばかりして、もう一人の作業員の方も困っていました。
社員の質を上げるためにも、HPを作ってお客様の声を集めてみてほしいです。
