か	かずぅ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りすがるたびに気になっていた、京湯葉懐石のお店に行ってみました。入り口の作りなどが高級感を醸し出していて、一見さんお断りとか言われるかも…と心配でしたが、入ってみると女将さん？にはにこやかに応対していただけました。ランチの時間帯に訪れたので湯葉の何かを、と考えていたのですが、扇子に書かれたお品書き(！)の中に「ゆば懐石（ミニ）」なるものを見つけたので、それを注文。湯葉懐石だけあって湯葉に関わるものが沢山出てきて、充分満足の昼食でした。特に湯葉の素揚げは食べたことがなく好みの味でした。また、ゆばの刺身は他のとうふ料理の店では食べたことのないくらい肉厚で舌触り・喉越し・味も良く、食べたことの無い湯葉の煮付けなど、とても丁寧に仕上げられた出汁の味で、美味しくいただきました。お店の名前が女将さんの名前なのか、確認し忘れました…次回伺った時に聞いてみようと思います。 I went to the Kyoto Yuba Kaiseki shop that I was curious about every time I passed by. Especially, I had never eaten fried yuba and it was my favorite taste. In addition, Yuba sashimi is so thick that you have never eaten it at other tofu restaurants, and it has a nice texture, throat, and taste. And it was delicious. I forgot to confirm that the name of the shop is the name of the landlady ... I will ask you the next time I visit.
