★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽天でタイヤを購入しこちらを取り付け先に指定しましたが、すべての希望日時を対応不可とされました。理由も「その他」となっていてわかりません。持ち込み非対応なのであれば紛らわしいので取り付け店舗の一覧から削除すべきかと思います。
 I bought a tire from Rakuten and specified this as the installation destination, but it was not possible to handle all desired dates and times. I don't know the reason because it is "Other". If it is not compatible with bringing in, it is confusing, so I think that it should be deleted from the list of installation stores.

電話をすると商品は届いているがホイールとタイヤを組み込んでいないから連絡できなかったと謝罪もなく言い訳。
仕方なく予約を取り付ける。
予約時間の20分前に来店。
予約をしたにも関わらず予約時間から40分過ぎて取り掛かる。
タイヤ交換が終わったのは1時間50分後。
尚、店員作業中電話がなっても電話に出ないこともありました。
人員が少ない挙げ句、対応も雑なのでもう次回は行かないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この時期は朝イチで行くべき！開店前にドア前待機がオススメです。1組ずつしか対応してくれなかったので、2番目以降は名前を書いてお待ちくださいとのこと。
ホイール付きで安く買えました。開店前待機していて、2台分のタイヤ交換が終わるまで1時間半くらいでした。
持ち込みタイヤの履き替え工賃は高いなーっと思いました。
タイヤを買うときはオススメです。
待ってる間に座れる椅子はいくつかあります。自販機もあります。
