Location may be not so convenient to the locals but it has easy access for visitors of nearby hotels or events at Makuhari Messe. Entrance fee is around US$3.00 for adult. It has almost a bit of everything you're supposed to find in a traditional Japanese garden. A small lake with Japanese snappers, a wood bridge, cherry, flowers... If you have half of an hour or so, then it will be enough for the place.

It’s a short walk from the APA and New Otani hotels and a nice change of pace especially if you’re sick of shopping. It’s evident that lots of care is taken to maintain the place and the 100 yen admission fee is well worth the peace and quiet!

They serve you green tea and a traditional pastry, both are delicious and can be enjoyed in a super quiet room with a perfect view of the pond.

Tip: apart from the entrance ticket (¥100 per adult), buy the tea set coupon (¥600) for a memorable matcha experience! The garden has various paths where you can enjoy different views and angles, all very instagramable.
S	Steven Bara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a quiet and peaceful garden, kept in shape nicely. If I lived there, I'd probably go here often. There's a tea house as well. I thought the toilet (on the outside) has a nice design and is in perfect shape.
