2019/8/23の午前9時7分の古河駅から友愛記念病院行きの茨城急行のバスが、私をはじめとした客が近づいているにも関わらず
「入り口ドアを開けず」「発車時刻一分前に」誰も乗せず走り去りました。
乗ろうとした人らと少々呆然として、自分がなにか勘違いしていたのか、遅れてまた同じ行き先のバスがあるのかと待っていたところ、
違うレーンにいたバスの運転手の方が心配して話しかけて来たところによると、次のバスは9:48発だということでした。
そこで、先の誰も乗せず走り去ったバスに明確に悪意があることがわかりました。
乗ろうとしてバスに近づいた、私をはじめとした客数人は運転手から見えていたはずですし、なにより
「入り口ドアを開けず」「発車時刻一分前に」出発する理由がみつからない。ミスとは思えない。
これは運送法１３条の運送引受義務違反です。
次は警察に通報します。
厳正な指導を切望いたします。

“No entrance door opened” “One minute before departure” nobody got on and ran away.
I was a little stunned with the people who tried to get on, waiting for whether I was misunderstood or if there was a bus with the same destination after a delay,
According to the driver who was worried about the bus driver in a different lane, the next bus was 9:48.
I found out that the bus that had run away without anyone on board was clearly malicious.
Several passengers, including me, who approached the bus trying to get on, should have been visible to the driver.
I can't find a reason to leave "I don't open the entrance door" or "one minute before departure". I don't think it's a mistake.
This is a violation of Article 13 of the Transport Act.
Next is to report to the police.
We eager for strict guidance.
