★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖母が入所していた時にお世話になりました。入所中はよくわからなかった介護保険制度や助成について教えていただきました。退所の際も、必要なら再入所が可能な事やショートステイやデイケアで退所後もフォローしてくださるなど大変助かっております。ありがとうございました。
I was taken care of when my grandmother was in the hospital. I was told about the long-term care insurance system and subsidies that I did not understand while I was in the facility. Even after leaving the hospital, it is very helpful to be able to re-enter if necessary and to follow up after leaving the home with short stay and day care. Thank you very much.
