神社側から行かなくていいです、僕はわからず神社側から行きましたが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土地の高低差を利用して作成された江戸時代の噴水。ポンプなどを使用しないで配管のみで構築し、庭園内に当時の最先端の手法であったのではないかと想像できる。斉昭公のセンスを感じさせる1つの史跡。
A fountain of the Edo period created by using the height difference of the land. It is possible to imagine that this was the most advanced method in the garden, constructed using only piping without using a pump or the like. One historic site that makes you feel the sense of Masaaki.
