峠	峠康弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンの移設と清掃を依頼。移設後リモコンが使用不能。設置担当者から清掃担当者に連絡をしてもらいましたが、原因不明の事。営業から電話が有りメーカー修理になるとの事。リモコンに不具合があれば当方の負担になるとの事。移設前は使用できていたので、エレコンの責任逃れと気にはしなかったがメーカー修理１週間待たされ、結果、エレコンが配線をつなぎ忘れたのが原因でした。メーカーから修理費用はエレコン持ちと電話がありましたが。エレコンからは謝罪の電話はなし。会社として最低です。二度と使いません!
