M	MI10 H- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼に行きました。まずいらっしゃいませ！という声はありませんでした。水もセルフ、食べ終わった食器もセルフで戻すようで隣の席の人の動きを見て知りました。席でお待ちくださいという案内の際にこの2つはしっかりアナウンスするべきです。水はコップの絵柄が剥げていてガッカリ。交換しないなら透明のものでいいのでは？帰りもありがとうございました！という声もなく、、ご飯は美味しかったのに残念。サイトでメニューは色々あるような事を書いていますが全くありませんでした。来店するお客様もマナーが無くミッフィーの写真を撮りたいのは分かるけれど人が食べているところにズカズカと来て写メを撮りまくりこれはどうなのかなと思いました。 I went there at noon on weekdays. と	とととごん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が喜びます❗少し高いのでお父さんお母さんには財布が(笑)でもミッフィーがとにかく身近にあってどこの席に座っても楽しめます。店員さんも親切ですしね、小さいこどもからカップルまで来ていました。ハンバーグとナポリタン美味しかったです(^.^)近くにミッフィーコラボのマンホールがあり、２階には勉強できるスペースがあったり、有料ですがテレワークできるスペースがありいいスペースだと個人的には思います。復興を祈念しています。 Children will be happy ❗ It's a little expensive, so even if my dad and mom have a wallet (laughs), Miffy is so close to me that I can enjoy it no matter where I sit. あ	あせんこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物内の一角にミッフィーカフェ… グッズ販売もそんなに種類もなく。同じ場所でカフェの注文受け付けもしているのでお客さんがゴチャゴチャの印象。並んでいざカフェ！と思いきや、メニューは品切れが多く、選び直してミッフィーのベリーのワッフルとミッフィーのマシュマロカフェオレを注文。席にはすぐに座れたものの、ワッフルは30分、カフェオレにミッフィーのマシュマロが乗っただけものが出てくるまでには１時間かかりました。私達の前に注文した方にまだ届かないんだから…とそれを目安に我慢して待っていましたが、厨房からはバタバタしている声は聞こえるし、お待たせしていることも慣れているような。カトラリーもナイフはミッフィー柄のだけどフォークは普通の無地のものだったり、アルコールスプレーの容器はミッフィーのシールをペタペタ貼ってそれらしくしてあったり、ソファ席でしたが、置かれているミッフィーのクッションなども年季が入って触りたくないような…。小学生の娘でさえ、『私ならここはもっとこうする、あそこはこうしたいな〜』と改善点をあげてしまうほど、いろんなところに中途半端感があって、公式のミッフィーカフェなの?と少し疑いたくなる部分がありました。復興支援でオープンしたカフェとのことでミッフィーに夢を持って期待して行ったのですが、店員さんたちにもう少しプロ意識を持って欲しいものだと思います。出てきたミッフィーのワッフルやカフェオレは可愛くフツーに美味しかったですが、店作りや接客などでミッフィーの名を汚さないように頑張ってください。お願いします。 Miffy Cafe in a corner of the building ... 夏	夏生 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段1はあまりつけないのですが、いいと言える接客対応ではありませんでした。水のセルフサービスなのは分かりますが、備え付けのコップに余裕がなく出てくるのに時間がかかりました。コップも柄が剥げていて交換したほうがいいのではというものもありました。行ったときは店員の方2人でお客さんが溢れていた印象でした。もう1人いてもいいのかなと思いました。ここにしかないカフェというのも分かりますが、ミッフィーの世界観を考えて誠心誠意対応してほしいなと思いました。 I don't usually wear 1 but it wasn't a good customer service.
