★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーニングルームしか利用しませんが、県の施設なので料金が安いのが良いです。コロナ対策で利用できるマシンが減っていますが、そもそも混雑するほど利用者がいないので、マシンが空いてなくて使用できないという事はないでしょう。ランニングマシンのみ予約制なので、受け付けと同時にマシンを予約しておきましょう。大会等でトレーニングルームも一般開放されない日や時間があるので、HPの行事予定表で確認しておいたほうがいいです。
I only use the training room, but it's a prefecture facility, so it's good that the price is low. The number of machines that can be used for corona countermeasures is decreasing, but since there are not enough users to be crowded in the first place, it is unlikely that the machines will not be available and cannot be used. Only running machines need to be reserved, so make a reservation for the machine at the same time as the reception. There are days and times when the training room is not open to the public due to competitions, so it is better to check the event schedule on the website.
