次は、下にあった食堂にも行ってみたいです！

断続的に1時間近く、煙を吸い続けるロビーが有る施設が教育の名を冠するのはおかしいでしょう。
I came to the tax return, but the smoke from outside smokers was so bad that I felt sick.
It would be strange that a facility with a lobby that smokes intermittently for nearly an hour would bear the name of education.

ネットで予約はできませんが、部屋はきれいで、必要最低限のものはあり、快適です。
ホームページの印象よりも良かったです。
素泊まりで良いなら、おすすめです。
Stayed at Hotel Isewan here.
You can't book online, but the rooms are clean, minimal and comfortable.
It was better than the impression on the homepage.
If you can stay without meals, we recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確定申告の会場になっていて、行きました。整理券をもらい、指定された時間に再度行きました。建物は古いのかな？それ以外利用したこがなく、感想はありません。気がついたのは、習字の展示がしてありました。みんな上手でした。
It was the venue for tax returns and I went there. I got a numbered ticket and went again at the designated time. Is the building old? I haven't used it other than that, and I have no impression. What I noticed was an exhibition of penmanship. Everyone was good.
