緑井よつば保育園は「企業型保育事業」の保育施設として開園いたしました。
「企業型保育事業」とは内閣府の子ども子育て支援新制度から生まれた事業です。
仕事と子育ての両立を支援することを目的としています。
現代社会に於いての多様な働き方にも、対応していきたいと考えています。
ただ、緑井よつば保育園は、保育施設として「子どもにとっての最善の利益」を尊重にしていきたいとも思っています。
仕事と子育て、バランスがとても重要です。
そのアドバイス・手助けが出来ればと願っています。
保育の特徴としては、0歳～2歳の園児たちがひとつの部屋で日々生活しつつ、様々な経験をして成長していく「異年齢保育」です。
少子化の現在において、ご家庭では中々このような経験が出来ないのではと思います。
幼少期の目的として大切な「自立性」「主体性」はもちろんのこと、この異年齢保育で子ども達それぞれの「尊重し合い・認め合う心」を育んでいきたいと考えています。
定員24名の小さな園ですが、園長はじめ職員全員でアットホームな優しさの溢れる暖かい園を作り上げていきます。

Midorii Yotsuba Nursery School was opened as a childcare facility for "corporate childcare business".

However, Midorii Yotsuba Nursery School also wants to respect the "best interests for children" as a childcare facility.
The balance between work and parenting is very important.

The characteristics of child care, while kindergarten children our age 0 to 2 years of age are living day-to-day in one of the room, is going to grow at a variety of experience "different age child care."
With the declining birthrate, I don't think you can have such an experience at home.
In addition to the important "independence" and "independence" as the purpose of childhood, we would like to foster the "respect and mutual recognition" of each child through this different age childcare.
It is a small garden of capacity 24 people, but we will make up the warm garden full of homey kindness in the director started all staff.
