皆さんが投稿してるとおり予約した時間にはまず呼ばれません。 予約の時間で行きましたが他に患者が居ないにも関わらず30分は待たされました 前に予約したのですが私用でバタバタして遅れて向かっていたとき(どうせ待たれるし…とも思っていました)電話がかかってきて日にち変更させていただきますという内容でした これは遅れた自分が悪いので仕方ないと思いますが こちらの都合の良い日にちも聞かずに 「⚫日の⚫時でお願いします」と言われてちょっと待って!ってなりました 予約した時間に行っても待たされるのにこっちが遅刻したら待ってくれないんですね 少しでも何かしら改善されるのを祈ってます

女医の性格がきつく嘘をつくのでオススメできません。9:00から診療なのに9:30すぎないと出勤しない。そのため次々ずれ込み予約してもいつも1時間以上待たされる。 他に書いている方もいるが、問診票に治療してほしい箇所を書いたにも関わらず理由をつけて治療せず、歯石取りなどで先延ばしにされる。その理由も毎回違い信用できない。職員も次々辞め歯科衛生士ではなく歯科助手にレントゲンや歯石取りなどさせている。違法ですよそれ。

夜分遅くまで対応している点はとても頼もしいです。 ですが、日中の対応は目に余る点が多すぎます。 他の方も仰っていますが待ち時間が長すぎる。 2時間以上は平気で待たされます。 治療が終わった後の名前を呼ばれる待ち時間もかなり長いです。 先生と助手の意思疎通がまったく取れていないことが原因かと思います。 女性特有の『ギクシャク感』が治療中でも感じ取ることができました。 肝心の治療はというと女性の先生ですがゴリ押しタイプです。 私自身麻酔が利かない体質のようですが、「多少の痛みは我慢して」といった対応でした。 患者のことを気遣って治療しているとは思いますが、雑さが気になる印象でした。 急ぎの治療がある場合や、時間にかなり余裕がある人、かなり寛大な人には適した歯医者だと思います。 ※そんな人なかなか居ないと思いますが・・・笑 数回通わなければいけない治療の場合は本当にオススメしません。

●待ち時間に関して、予約してるのに1時間待ちはどうかと思う。回せないなら時間に余裕を持たせるなりして予約取らないで欲しい。別の歯科医に行かせない為なのか、無理な予約を取っている印象。(患者とのコミュニケーションは大事だと思いますが、何人か待っている状態にも関わらず、プライベートな事を聞こえるような声で話すのは無神経だと感じました。) ●新人多めで忙しいのは伝わるが、説明を求めたのに『次の方が待っているので、ね』と説明を断られたのには流石に驚いた。 ●毎回内容の異なる話をされる。『次回マウスピース付けますね』と言っていたのに次行くと、次回付けますねと言われる。忘れているのか、途中で気付いて惚けているのかはわからない。 ●当日に何をするのかを説明される。 毎回話が異なるので当日何をされるのかわからなく、施術の直前に説明される。前もって施術の予定等を教えて頂き、それに対してこちらが合意した上で対応して頂きたい。 ちなみに、虫歯があることを教えて頂いたのは通い始めて3週間経った頃、3回目に伺った時でした。 ●連絡すれば急ぎでも予約は取ってくれるとは思います。但し待ち時間が長くなる可能性と、説明不足になる可能性はあると思います。

最初の頃は待ち時間がめっちゃ長いけど丁寧でいいかもと思っていたが・・・ 回を重ねるごとに雑な歯医者だなと思った!! 待ち時間は30分~2時間平気で待たされるし詰め物は取れやすい・・・。 次回は○○しますねーと言われたこと次行くと毎回のように全く違うことされるし・・・詰めたところ柔らかいから次磨きますねって毎回言われるのに次になると磨かれたこと1回もない・・・。 前歯なんて詰めたものが2、3日ちょっとで欠けたのでまた詰め直してもらったら歯の形大きくされ、次の時に隣の詰めたところも一緒に磨いて形も整えてあげますねー! って言われたのに、次行って他の歯の治療終わったらそのまま帰されそうに・・・ 見かねて、ここ磨いてくれるって言ってたんですけど・・・と伝えたら そうでしたっけ?私次の時って言いましたっけ?と、少々キレ気味で言われました・・・忙しいのは分かるけど何その返し方・・・・・・ 磨いてもらってるときもあれー?言ったかなぁってなんだかんだ言いながら処置され最終的に隣の歯磨いて貰えず、大きくなった歯の形も整えてもらえず・・・前歯なのでなんか悲しくなり、気分も悪くなりました。 その他にも次治療する歯痛いと思うから麻酔して治療しますねーって言われたのに、その日になると麻酔もされずいきなり削られたり・・・ 患者いるのに後ろで助手怒ったり、他の患者に言われたこと怒られたことベラベラ話してたり・・・。 通って4、5回目から治療した歯の調子どうですかって聞かれなくもなりましたし、 今では全く信用出来ない歯医者です。 私は全くここの歯医者合いませんでした・・・。 お仕事されていて遅い時間じゃないと行けない方などは遅い時間までやっているのでいいかと思います。 でもあまりオススメはしません。

初診は問診票記入があるため10分前に来るよう指示されましたが、やはり予約時間から30分程は当たり前のように待合室で待たされます。 常駐の受付がいないようなので、誰かの手が空くまで来院しても放置状態です。自分が予約時間を間違えたのかと不安になるほどでした。 呼ばれる際も特に謝罪等ありませんので彼女たちにとっては当たり前なのでしょう。 待ち時間は歯科ではよくあることなので、そのぶん技術に期待したいところですが、院長自ら実施した歯石除去は素人目でもわかるほど雑でした。 院内は寒く、忙しく働く彼女たちに合わせて室温設定されているようです。 接した3人のスタッフから感じられるホスピタリティは皆無で、青森県民に感じていた特有の優しさも欠けていたのがさみしく思いました。 スタッフを含めた院内環境の悪さに言葉を失いましたが、表にスタッフ募集とありましたので忙しさが諸悪の根源かと推察します。 同情しますが、それを差し引いても職員の教育不足です。 私の前に会計を済ませようとしている患者に「次回は右上の虫歯を治療しますね」などと他の客がいる待合室では決して言うべきではありません。 施術中に奥から聞こえるスタッフ同士の雑談の内容も品位に欠けています。 「誰かの紹介ですか?」と尋ねられましたが、ここを紹介しようと思う患者はいないでしょう。予約の際、他にも電話しましたが、1、2週間ほど先まで埋まっている歯科が多い中、ここが空いていた理由がわかりました。 おすすめがあるとすれば診療時間が長いということのみです。 スタッフが少ないのに診療時間が長いという経営理念には疑問ですが。 口コミには他にも貴重な意見がたくさんありますので、関係者の目に届くことを祈ります。 まずは職員の勤務環境が改善され、接客という概念に気を配れる余裕が生まれればいいのですが。 長文失礼しました。
