★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サロンの方々はフレンドリーで話しやすい方が多いのですが、勧誘が多くて正直そこだけが本当に嫌です。
Many of the salon staff are friendly and easy to talk to, but there are so many solicitations that I honestly dislike that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日で2回目、今日はゲルマニウム温浴というのをやりました。足と腕をお湯に浸して20分、途中から汗?が吹き出して、温泉に入っているようでした。悪いものを出した～って感じです。スタッフは皆フレンドリーでいい感じです。
It was my second time today and today I did a germanium hot bath. It took 20 minutes to soak my legs and arms in hot water, and sweat seemed to come out from the middle, and it seemed that I was in a hot spring. I feel like I gave something bad. The staff are all friendly and feel good.

ただ、物の受け取りを依頼していて、事前に電話したのに、入店してから30分以上も放置されたのは残念でした。おかけになってお待ちくださいと言われてから、誰一人として一言も声をかけないのは接客態度として、最低だと思います。
The treatment is polite, and the staff are only gentle.
However, I was sorry that I was asked to pick up things and called in advance, but I was left for more than 30 minutes after entering the store. I think it's the lowest customer service attitude that no one speaks out after being told to wait.

契約したばかりで、前日に予約した時もそんな事言ってなかったのに
当日になったら出来ないと。
接客業なら会ってない方が無理なのに、職業差別では？
しかも解約を申し出たら解約金をと…あまりに勝手すぎでは…
