It's bad for the shop, but I write it every time. This time I have udon double egg, but my favorite is buckwheat double egg. The chewy buckwheat is the best.

Try and get seated at the counter and you can see the whole process take place right in front of you and even eat off of the griddle! Nice family run place, they even gave us home made origami when we paid, a very nice gesture. There is an English menu!
