と	とよち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の第一印象は内装などはおしゃれで壁に飾ってあるコーヒー農園の写真なども素敵だな～と思いました。席についてコーヒーを注文してから気になったのですが「ガチャガチャ」と食器やら物を置く音などうるさくて待ち時間が不快でした。常連さんとのおしゃべり内容も聞きたくないよう内容で他のお客には気をつかわないのかと‥‥待ってる間に少し残念な気持ちになりました。コーヒーが美味しければいいかと割り切って産地の情報などを見ながら待っておりましたが、注文したコーヒーは中南米のナチュラル精製の豆(品種はマラゴジッペ)でしたが、ナチュラルらしい果実感や発酵感もなく薄くて軽い液体で豆のクオリティや鮮度の問題なのか、抽出の問題なのかもわからないレベルでした。ドリップで抽出するところは見ておりませんが、提供されたコーヒーが熱々だったことから「粉の粒度が粗すぎるのか。濃度が薄すぎるのかな。」などと豆の個性や焙煎以外のことを考えながら飲み終わりました。質感は薄いお茶を飲んだときの弱い渋みが残る感じでした。単一農園・単一品種へのこだわりが書いていたので期待していた分、残念でした。コーヒーロースターを巡るくらいコーヒーが好きな方には向かないかもしれません。 The first impression of the shop is that the interior is fashionable and the pictures of the coffee plantation on the wall are also wonderful. 花	花華 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 林檎畑を上がって行った小高い丘の上にあります。もう、それだけで素敵感があってワクワクしますよね〜現実は、お店に登って行くまでの道がドロドロでいい靴を履いて行けません。たぶん、夏場の爽やかな風が吹いてる頃は最高に素敵だと思います。店内は若いカップル？ご夫婦？が２人で切り盛りしていて、以前来た時は年齢高めな方だったので娘さん夫婦の代に移ったのかな？若い男性、とても接客が丁寧で細やかで好感度高いです。お店のカウンターで外の景色を見ながら飲むコーヒーは最高に贅沢な気分にさせてくれます。サクサクのアップルパイも甘さ控えめで美味しかったです。こちらは、毎日焼いている訳ではなく、運が良ければ食べれるみたいです。フラ〜っと一人で来ても素敵な時間を過ごす事が出来そうです。 It is on a small hill that went up the apple field.
