今日は味噌ラーメンを食べました。
ショウガが利いた味噌味で美味しく頂きました。

ラーメンはフードコートのラーメンをちょっと美味しくした感じ。
餃子、底面が焦げてました。その焦げを隠すでもなく表にして提供するなかなか心が強い店です。
焦げてて皮も開いてたので餃子の味は焦げの味しかしなかったです。
口コミを読んだらから揚げが美味しいとあったのでチョイスミスだったのだなあと思いました。

The gyoza tasted only charred because it was charred and the skin was open.
When I read the reviews, I thought that the fried chicken was delicious, so I thought it was a choice mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて入りました。一番ラーメンは煮干しの隠し味が美味しい。味噌ラーメンはちょいとワイルド系。やや固めの太麺です。次から次へとお客さんがひっきりなしです。
