★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 群馬に有るのは助かるが店内が見づらく探し物を探すのが非常に困難。新刊を買うだけならよいがその他が最悪。そしてとにかく店員の対応が全くなっていない、下を向きながらボソボソボソボソ。ネットで予約したり取り置きしたりしてますが客の事を考えない対応に毎回腹が立ちます！受け取る際の予約ナンバーが有るのですが「番号お願いします」と言われ答えると「下５桁だけ言ってください！！！」とそんな貴方の店の決まり事なんて知りません。商品の受け渡しやお釣りを出す時もどこ向いてるんですか？横向きながら渡されるとは思いませんでした。本当に教育しなおした方がいいと思いますよ？
