お弁当を頼んだところ、選んだ物は今から揚げるので時間がかかると言われたので別の普通のお弁当を注文。前にお客さんが2.3人いるので7分程かかると言われました。なんでそんなに時間がかかるんだろうとは思ったが、仕方ないのでOK。その後10分待つも何も言われず、いつ呼ばれてもいいように店前で更に10分程待つが、何度も目が合うものの何も言われないので更に5分程して店員に話しかけると、ヘラヘラ笑いながら、ごめんなさい、あります。とのこと。相当な回数目が合っていたにも関わらず、何を考えていたのでしょうか。こんなに時間がかかるのなら別のお弁当を注文できたし、なんなら利用しませんでした。いつもだったら数字で呼んでもらえたのですが…仕方ないので冷めたお弁当を持って帰りました。二度と利用しません。

弁当を２つ買いに行ったのですが、カニクリーム、エビフライがないから違う弁当にしてくれと言われ、違うのを注文したら今度は売れ残りの20％オフ弁当を頑なに買わせようとしてきましたね。おばちゃんコンビ。
ないならないで札を出しておいてください。というか揚げたてをお出ししますと書いてるのに、冷めた弁当(ごはんだけ温かい。かつは冷たい)を10分待たされて提供されました。
近くの、かつ雅さんや、かつやさんでお持ち帰りを買ったほうが無難です。
