y	yuko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに日曜日のランチに訪問。コロナ禍のせいか？待たずに席へ案内された。相変わらず解放感があってゆっくり食事が楽しめるところが好きです。接客もメニューも満足です。ランチ注文すると+料金で今だけ？春のパフェが味わえます。 Visited for lunch on Sunday after a long absence. Is it because of the corona wreck? I was guided to my seat without waiting. I like the place where you can enjoy your meal slowly with a feeling of liberation as usual. I am satisfied with the customer service and the menu. If you order lunch, is it only now for a + fee? You can enjoy the spring parfait.

G	G.Sタレゲン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22/04/02 カーブドッチとやのさんで昼食予約して1130頃に訪問。駐車場は大きめだが、併設店などとの併用で混雑はしていたので注意が必要。 17周年らしくアニバーサリーランチセットを注文。また、車で伺ったのでノンアルコールの炭酸ワインも注文。スープ、前菜、各種パン、パスタ＋メイン肉料理、デザート、コーヒーとランチコースを楽しんだ。自家製酵母パンが美味しくお代わりが可能。どれも満足感行く美味しい料理だったが、特にメインの肉料理が柔らかく印象に残っている。肉自体が柔らかく単純に美味しい。肉には濃いめの塩コショウで調理されており、バルサミコソースの酸味と下に敷いてある春キャベツの甘みのバランスが良かった。春キャベツは肉とは対象的に薄味に茹でただけな気がするのだが、春の食材を上手くまとめており、塩味・甘味・苦味・酸味・旨味とバランスが良くどれも美味しい。雰囲気もよく、少し奮発したデートや祝いの席に良いお店。接客も多少格調高い感じだが品も良く、割とカジュアルに楽しむことが出来る。たぶん、ディナーとかだと本格的なソムリエさんなんだろうな…という感じがする人もちらほら伺える。天気も良く満足感が高かったです！こういうお店は料理は当然だが、場所や接客、雰囲気、誰と行くかで評価が変わりそうなお店である。カーブドッチ系列としてはカジュアルにランチを楽しむのに向いている気がする。自家製のパンや、カフェテリアでのフレンチトースト等が強みな印象。ワイナリーが有名でいつか宿泊してワインを楽しみながらコースを食べてみたい。駅前にもカーブドッチ系列店があり、あちらはディナーが強みな気がする。
