k	ko m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紛らわしい駅名の代表格としてやり玉に挙げられることの多い駅で、名古屋城には近くなく、名城公園北園が最寄でしかも出入口は大津通を挟んだ反対側になります。ただ、当駅最寄に名古屋造形大学と愛知県体育館が移転してくる上に周辺はマンションが次々建っており、利用者の激増が確実な有望な駅です。駅舎の構造は古く、地上に出るには南北1か所ずつの階段か、北側出口のエレベーター1基のみでバリアフリー化とは無縁です。北側の出口は大津通から東に少し離れた生活道路側で名城公園からはかなり離れていて、歩道は歩行者2列で精一杯の狭さです。愛知学院大学のある南口は大津通に面していて比較的広いですが、エレベーターやエスカレーターはなく、エレベーター利用の方が南側に行くには北東側の地上からぐるっと200m程回り込む必要があります。 It is a station that is often mentioned as a representative of confusing station names, and it is not close to Nagoya Castle, Meijo Park Kitaen is the closest, and the entrance is on the opposite side of Otsu-dori.
