佐	佐藤A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直、星1つもつけたくありません。窓口での対応が今までに経験したことのない酷さでした。 2人で行きましたが椅子が1つしかなく、1人しか座れず他の椅子を持ってくることも無くスタッフさんは座っているのに私はずっと立ちっぱなしでした。他の観光会社やお店では追加で椅子を用意してくれたり1つしか用意出来ない場合でも一言ありました。パソコンのモニターも隣のスタッフさんはビニールシートをモニターに引っ掛けるようにしてお客さんに見やすいようにしていましたが私を対応したスタッフさんはしてませんでした。来店前の電話で伝えていたことも伝わっていないし楽しみにしていた旅館も一部休業していてメインの温泉が楽しめない状況なのにこちらが聞くまで伝えてきませんでした。二度と利用することはないです。 To be honest, I don't want to get a single star. At other tourist companies and shops, there was a word even if additional chairs were prepared or only one could be prepared. The staff next to the computer monitor also hooked a vinyl sheet on the monitor to make it easier for the customer to see, but the staff who responded to me did not. I didn't say what I was saying on the phone before coming to the store and I was looking forward to it, but some of the inns I was looking forward to were closed, so I couldn't enjoy the main hot spring, but I didn't tell until I heard this. I will never use it again.
