女性グループがトマトでケチャップを作り評判になったので、平成4年に会社を設立
明宝ケチャップ600円
トマトの果汁以外は水分を使っていない。
トマトは、生食用の岐阜県産桃太郎を使用、冷凍する事によってトマトの細胞が壊れるので味が染み出しやすくなり旨みもアップする。
解凍したトマトをミキサーにかけ水を入れずにトマトジュースを作る。
ケチャップ1瓶作るのに約7個の生食用の桃太郎を使用
加工用トマト?よりジューシーな生食用トマトを使うので水を使用しないでケチャップができる。
トマトジュースを大鍋で加熱したら、玉葱・生姜・三温糖・酢などを加えて、焦げ付かな様に混ぜ約5時間煮込み旨みを凝縮させる(全体の3分の2位になるまで旨みを凝縮)
生食用の完熟トマトを使用する為市販されているものより時間をかけてじっくり煮込む(生食用の為煮込みに時間が掛かる)

After heating the tomato juice in a large pot, add onion, ginger, brown sugar, vinegar, etc. and mix like a charcoal for about 5 hours to condense the umami (concentrate the umami to about two-thirds of the total) )
Since it uses fully-ripened tomatoes for raw eating, simmer more slowly than those on the market (it takes longer to simmer for raw eating)
