美味しかったが、やはりクチコミ通り店員が少しそっけないため、おすすめ等をきけなかったので残念。カード払いにも非対応。
上タン、ガツが美味しかった。
冷麺も美味しいが、辛味が欲しかった。

店員さんは見かけによらず親切対応で、個人的に助けられました?
お肉はだいたい下味がばっちりなので、ツケダレはほぼいらない。
換気に絶対の自信ありの無煙ロースターで焼けば、余分な油は落ちて旨い油だけがぎゅっと残る。
冷麺はシンプルながらしっかり出汁の旨味が出たスープで、添え物はスイカでも梨でもなく、そこは青森らしくりんご。
タイミングの問題か、店主とご家族がお食事タイムだったみたいで、ひとり焼肉だった自分はなんとなく疎外感というか、居心地の悪さを感じてしまった。
アットホームな雰囲気が好きな人は平気かと。

中落ちカルビも厚いです。脂結構ある。レバーも臭み無い、新鮮。ホルモンも味付けも良いです。ただ、レシートくらい出したら？
