ち	ちょうろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの会社にというか、管理されてる物件に関して。当方諸事情により、内覧できずこちらの管理物件に決めました。そもそもそれが良くないのですが。。木造な上、間取りなどの構造上の問題なのか、上と下両方の生活音がかなり響きます。人の会話もスマホのボイスレコーダーに声がのるくらいです。騒音の感じ方は人それぞれですが。。。間取りや外観はオシャレかもですが、それだけです。色々な賃貸物件に住みましたが結果私個人は何の変哲もない単純な間取りの重量鉄骨などの建物がいいと思いました。騒音対策として家にいる間は常にイヤホンです。かなり窮屈。また、ストレスによる体調不良。いくつか管理されてる物件があるようですが恐らくどれも基本構造は同じ。私は絶対お勧めしません！！ Regarding the properties managed by this company.
