★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋駅から歩いて５分ほどの場所にあるお好み焼き屋さん、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター７席とテーブル３卓の席数、お母さんがお一人でやってみえるみたいでアットホームで温かい雰囲気ですね、１８時３０分ころに入りましたがほかにお客さんは１組でした。
メニューは焼きそばにお好み焼きをはじめ、とん平焼き、ニラ玉、しめじバター、ホタテバター、ジャンボ餃子、イカ焼きなどの鉄板焼き料理が並んでいます。
その中から１番人気という玉子焼きと焼そばを注文、玉子焼きはハーフもできるということだったのでハーフでお願いしましたが普通にしっかりした量がありましたね。ふっくらした玉子にネギのシャキッとした食感も心地よくてなかなかに美味しいです。
一方の焼そばはオーソドックスなソース焼きそば、お肉はもちろん、キャベツにピーマン、ニンジンなどたっぷりの野菜に玉子といった具、麺は細めで適度にカリッとした食感もありソースもしっかりと絡んで美味しかったです。
玉子焼きも焼きそばもお母さんが熟練の技で手際よく焼いてくれて見ているだけでも楽しめましたね、機会があればお好み焼きもいただいてみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。

On the other hand, the yakisoba was an orthodox sauce yakisoba, not only meat, but also cabbage, peppers, carrots and other vegetables and eggs, and the noodles were thin and had a moderately crispy texture, and the sauce was also delicious. is.
I enjoyed both tamagoyaki and yakisoba just by looking at the omelet and yakisoba, which my mother cooked skillfully with skill. I would like to have okonomiyaki if I have the opportunity.
