★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車両サイズについて理解が無く咎められ不愉快な思いをしました。後に規定内の寸法である事が分かり、係員の対応に納得がいきませんでした。
I didn't understand the size of the vehicle and was blamed for it, which made me uncomfortable. Later, I found out that the dimensions were within the regulations, and I was not satisfied with the response of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30分単位計算で、次の30分が加算される数分前に精算所へ行ったのに、係員が｢トイレに行っています｣の札を立てて不在。戻った頃には次の30分が加算され平然と請求されました。その前から着いていたと言っても｢ちゃんと札立てて不在にしてたし、そんな事言われても僕では操作もできないからこの金額払ってください。そんなに言うなら提携のお店でもう30分の券もらってきてください｣と開き直り。もう二度と使いません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約の場合は手数料を取られます。けどそれを足しても周辺相場より安い。タワーパーキングなので車のサイズに注意が必要。最近の車では、入庫できない場合が結構ありそう。
If you make a reservation, you will be charged a fee. But even if you add it, it is cheaper than the surrounding market. Be careful of the size of the car as it is tower parking. With recent cars, it seems quite likely that you will not be able to store your car.
