★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR東海にあるホテルを統括する部署ではありますが、ホテル統括というよりJRの一部の仕事をしてる感じで専門的に対応はできない様です。
お客様に対しての接客方法・書類の意味等の指導されず、各ホテルに任せてると。何の為に本部があるのか分からないです。
HPに記載した様な意識は無い様です。
JRホテル東日本・西日本の様な（競争激しく）企業努力・意識は薄いです。地域性なのでしょうか？
お客様に寄り添う対応を各ホテルに指導して欲しいです。
 Although it is the department that supervises the hotels in JR Tokai, it seems that it is not possible to deal professionally because it feels like doing a part of JR's work rather than supervising the hotel.
If you leave it to each hotel without being instructed on how to serve customers and the meaning of documents. I don't know what the headquarters is for.
It seems that there is no consciousness as described on the HP.
Corporate efforts and awareness like JR Hotel East Japan and West Japan (intense competition) are weak. Is it regional?
I would like each hotel to be instructed in how to respond to customers.
