★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靴を買い換えようと店員さんに声をかけたのですが、「靴はそちらにあります」と言われただけでフォローしてくれることもなく対応がなかったので、さらっと陳列されている商品見て、良さそうなのも無かったので、ここでの購入はあきらめました。
きっとタイミングが悪かったんだと思いますが、期待して行っただけに非常に残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爪の変形や足裏の痛みから医師に靴の見直しを提案され相談。足型から自分に合った革靴を購入出来ました。バリエーションが豊富、とはいきませんがストレスなく履けるので満足しています。かかと部分の張り替えは３週間かかるようなので、ローテーション用に複数購入がいいようです。
セミオーダーもここなら出来るようなので次はそちらを検討したいと思います。

服部さんという方に対応頂きましたが、計測などもしっかり頂き、説明や応対が良かったので、気持ちよく購入できました。

靴はビジネス〜カジュアルの革靴がメインで、スニーカー系は少ないです。
最終的には足の形に合う靴がなく、購入には至りませんでしたが、親切に丁寧に説明してくださいました。
普通なら「足の形が合わなくてもインソールで調整できるので大丈夫です！」と言って売ってしまうと思いますが、素直に「合う靴がうちのブランドにはない」との説明があり、良かったです。
合う靴があれば次はここで買いたいと思いました。
足幅が広め(3Eの靴がメインだそうです)で革靴を探す際はこちらがお勧めです。
