滋	滋賀相太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 持込の上質紙に印刷する目的でドロップインにて２回利用させていただきました。１回目は女性スタッフの方が丁寧にサポートしていただき、たいへん助かりました。ありがとうございました。２回目は接客に難ありと感じました。持ち込んだ上質紙を男性スタッフがプリンタにセットして印刷してくれたのですが、排出側のトレイに紙をセットするなど、どうやら使い方に明るくない感じ。結果2度ジャムらせてしまい、当方の上質紙が無駄になりました。結局当方の目的は叶わず、来店から数分で印刷を打ち切られた上、店長らしき男性スタッフに会計と退場を促がされました。会計は、”入場料”と”男性スタッフがジャムらせた印刷代２回分” そして、当方が持ち込んだ上質紙の弁証については言及されず。納得がいかず、店長らしき男性スタッフに弁償を申し出ると、しぶしぶ入場料600円のうち500円だけ返金されました。一連の対応が客を非常に見下した感じを受け、帰宅後も悔しい思いがとれません。当方が中学生っぽい容姿をしていたから見下されたのでしょうか。人の身なりをみて接客、サービスレベルをかえてくる”ベースキャンプ名古屋”には憤りを感じえません。 I used it twice by drop-in for the purpose of printing on high quality paper.
