★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松野町目黒にある土日だけ開店するパン屋さんです。カリフォルニアのベーカリー『Brio Brio』の天然酵母を使っている日本で唯一のお店です。酵母のおかげか、かなりしっとりとしたパンです。そこに、地元の野菜等を使ってたり、オレンジのピールを練り込んでたり、一工夫してあって本当に美味しいです。
山奥の集落にある素敵なお店です。滑床渓谷の入口にあるので、買ったパンを持って森林浴をするも良し、帰りの車内で食べるも良し、是非、お立ち寄りください。わざわざドライブしてパンを買うってのも楽しいですね。オススメです。
A bakery in Meguro, Matsuno-cho that opens only on Saturdays and Sundays. It is the only shop in Japan that uses natural yeast from the California bakery "Brio Brio". The bread is quite moist, probably because of the yeast. It's really delicious with some ingenuity, such as using local vegetables and kneading orange peel.
It is a nice shop in a village in the mountains. It is located at the entrance of the Gorge Valley, so you can take the bread you bought and take a forest bath, or you can eat it on your way home, so please stop by. It's fun to drive and buy bread. I recommend it.

松野町の目黒郵便局のすぐ横！駐車場もしっかりあります。とってもオシャレなお店^o^
5種類のバンを買ってみました。
食パンも、グリーンカレーのピザパンもチョコレートのバンも餡パンも、全部本当に美味しかったです＼(^o^)／
10時開店より、売り切れたら終了！
予約販売無し！です。
もう少し足を伸ばすと滑床渓谷です。素晴らしい自然の中に、オシャレなロッジとピッツェリアがありました。

If you go a little further, you will find the Nametoko Gorge. There was a fashionable lodge and pizzeria in the wonderful nature.

10時開店で10:30にいったら大盛況で商品が少なくなってました。ぎりぎり残っていて6種類のパンが買えましたが、全部美味しかったです?
山の景色を見ながら食べることもできます。
コーヒーも飲めますし、無農薬米や、ちょっとしたグッズの販売もあります。
是非お早めの時間帯に行くことをおすすめします！
