I visited in the afternoon on Saturday, October 20, 2018.
It is dedicated to the precincts of Kamimeguro Hikawadai Shrine on a scale similar to that of the end shrine. You can also get the red stamp at the office of Kamimeguro Hikawa Shrine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上目黒1丁目の目切坂にあった元富士を、明治時代に水川神社境内に返したものだそうです。境内には新しく作られた富士塚もあります。
