レンズ作成しましたが 何より 高額な設定を勧められ少し安くならないのかと聞いたくらいです(2つ分のメガネレンズ代で8万) 私には高い。で結局7万円行かないくらいに成りましたが それだけに留まらず フレームを持って来ているのに 店内にあるフレームを勧めるありさまなので 何で？フレーム持って来てるのにフレームを勧めるの？と聞くと セットだと安くなりますだと！言うので
好みを押し付けないで欲しいし
明らかに持ち込みのフレームと 系統が違うフレームを差し出されても 嫌だろう！と
伝えてあげました。フレームもトムフォードとDSQUAREDのフレームを持って行ったのでその店長がこのコメントを見たら分かると思いますが まぁ酷い店長だった。
その後 ネジの緩み等が生じた時に伺い 待っていると その店長がおばあちゃんを接客している際に やはり色々オプションを付けようとしていて 頑張り過ぎると客側は苦痛になる 光景を目の当たりにすると嫌な気分になると改めて感じました。
その後も メガネのツルが 壊れてしまい修理が可能か 聞くと 修理出来ない場合もあるので買い替えをおすすめしますと 雑な対応をしてきたので 買い替えをするにしてもここの店のフレームは魅力が無いから買わないけどね！と
言うと 黙りになって落ち込んた顔になってしまった。（笑）正に漫画のひとコマだった。
メガネ1つでも 思い入れや 大事にしている気持ちを店員なら汲み取り NOと言わない接客を
念頭に掲げて 仮に打開策が打ち出せなくても
最高なホスピタリティで接客して欲しい。
※ 他の店員さんは 感じが良かったです。
