★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員同士でよくお喋りをされていて、ダイニング？リビング？でお年寄りの見守りをしているようにはとても見えません。あと言葉のキツイ中年女性の介護職員さんがいます。新人さんと思われる職員さんに対しての態度や言葉が怖すぎて、いじめを疑うほどです。知人が入所していますが、心配でたまりません。
The staff often talk to each other, and is it dining? living? It doesn't look like I'm watching over the elderly. There is also a middle-aged female care worker who has a hard time speaking. The attitude and words towards the staff who seem to be newcomers are so scary that I suspect bullying. I have an acquaintance, but I'm worried.
