弘	弘佐藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の2ヶ月の予防接種の予約の電話をしたら「一度両親が来院してもらって相談してから予防接種の予約ができるようになります」と言われました。他の病院だとそんな手間がなく予防接種の予約ができるのに無駄だなと思いました。平日の午前中しか受付をしてないと言われたので平日の仕事前に来院。受付を済ませると「母子手帳はお持ちですか？」と聞かれた。「電話の際に母子手帳が必要など一言も言われていないので持ってきていません」と伝えると「そうなると相談も出来ません」と言われました。妻が実家に帰省しており手元に母子手帳がなかったので結局相談も出来ませんでした。相談でも母子手帳が必ず必要であれば電話の際に伝えるのが常識だと思います。違う医院で予約を済ませたのでもうここには行くことはないと思います。家の近くだったので利用しやすいと思っていたのでとても残念です。 When I called my child's two-month vaccination reservation, he said, "I will be able to make a vaccination reservation after my parents come to the hospital and consult with me."
