ステーキ用にお肉4000円分を切り出してもらったけど綺麗な感じだった！
何故タメ口…って思ったけど個人のお店ってそういうのも風情なのかなって！
お肉は種類も多くて良さげだった！

コロッケは甘いの好きな人にはドンピシャでしょうが私はダメでした(^_^;)
他の揚げ物はとてもおいしかったです。

大将が忙しい時だったみたいだが、女性店員はもっとサポートすべきだと思う。
出来上がりの揚げ物は勿論熱々だったが、大将の無愛想な対応は若干の冷たい。
ちょっと脂っこいかな。
さっぱりな揚げ物を望むなら…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青森市浪館にある肉&惣菜の店『肉のつくだ』?黄色の大きな看板がとても目立ちます。青森のデフォルトらしいのですが、とにかく揚げ物が一部を除き揚げたてで作ってくださいます?私は中学生のときに部活帰りで近所のお肉屋さんで揚げたてを食べたのが原体験、誰がなんと言おうと揚げたてに敵うものなし?それがここで今の時代に味わえます。揚げたてを供する時間を決めていてそれが他のお店にはない素晴らしい取り組みだと思います。接客に指摘をされる方がいますが別に普通?商品を見て言ってほしいなぁ。素晴らしい商品づくりに没頭されてましたよ。コロッケは確かに甘いですがよく味わってみると深い美味しさだと私は思いました。揚げたてを、ぜひ味わっていただきたいお店です?
