三	三浦琴音 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆なんて１つも付けるに値しないわ‼︎‼︎ ついでに訪れるのが多めですが、広すぎるわけでもないのに汚め＆臭い(私が敏感なのもあるが)＆スタッフレベル酷過ぎる！何度か行ったけど、朝でも夜でもレジ１人・・・それは立川でもなので、マクドナルドってそーゆう体制にしたんですかね？ここは普段、調理スタッフもレジに入ります。接客スキル(オーダー取りから)終わってる。というか、全体的に接客レベル低過ぎです。並んでてもレジ空けない・当日レジで念の為に３回ほどオーダー確認してもミスあり。制服が違うスタッフに伝えたが、オーダー受けた店員に伝えないので間違えた(レベルではない)スタッフに謝られた事なし。挙げ句に悪びれもせず「作り直します？」と言う。終わってるねちなみにドライブスルーの車を誘導は必要だよ混むし追突されそうにも何度かあった。他の口コミで現在の店長ひぐちって人の悪いコメントあるけど納得したというか、ココは人間的に必要ない ☆ It's not worth adding one! ︎‼ ︎ I often visit there, but it's not too wide, but it's dirty & smelly (although I'm sensitive) & the staff level is too terrible! ノ	ノブ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「やはり圧を感じてしまって、のんびり過ごすことができなかったです」実はマクドナルドには苦手意識がありますが、時間が余ったので、勇気を出してコーヒーを飲みに行きました。苦手意識の原因はあの圧です。カウンターに立った瞬間に感じるあの圧を子供の頃に感じて以来、おそらく10年以上来ていません。どうしても「早く頼めよ！」と後ろの客からも言われているようで苦手です。モバイルオーダーというアプリ経由の注文も出来るみたいですが、そこまでするなら他のお店でいいかなと思います。コーヒー100円だし、今は流石に昔ほどじゃないかなと思い来ましたが、やはり幼少期に植え付けられた苦手意識はそう簡単に消せるものではなかったです。台風が来ていてお客さんチラホラでこれでは、週末なんて恐ろしくてまず来られません。安らぐどころか逆に緊張しました。 "I still felt pressure and couldn't spend time leisurely."
