コメリの敷地内にあるものの、コメリを含め店の周辺施設から人が流れてくる感じではない。
 There are several box seats on the sofa, so you can relax when you go with more than one.
Although it is located on the premises of Komeri, it does not feel like people are flowing from the facilities around the store, including Komeri.

忙しいからしょうがないのかも知れませんが、対応が雑になったり、店内オペレーションもスムーズとは言い難い状態な事もしばしば。。。
また異物混入が起こらなければいいけど。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライブスルーで頼むと商品の入れ忘れが多い。
先日もセットとマックフルーリーを頼んだ時、ドリンクとマックフルーリーを入れ忘れられた。(レシートを見返すとお金だけ取られている状態)
電話での対応もあまり良くなく、入れ忘れただけと言い訳をされた。
商品の入れ忘れはこれが初めてではない。流石にミスが多すぎる。客も多く忙しいと思うが、せめて商品の入れ忘れや入れ間違いはしないで欲しい。
When asking for a drive-through, I often forget to put in the product.
When I ordered the set and McFleury the other day, I forgot to put in the drink and McFleury. (When you look back at the receipt, only the money is taken)
The telephone response was not very good, and I was made an excuse that I just forgot to put it in.
This is not the first time I have forgotten to put in a product. There are too many mistakes. I think many customers are busy, but at least don't forget to put in the product or make a mistake.

いつも行くところだけど、結構品物入ってなかったり多いからちょっと嫌いになりそう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライブスルーの窓口が2つあっても、対応できるスタッフが居ないので、結局は交互に順番に1人のスタッフが対応しています。
ドライブスルーの窓口1つで十分だろ。
設備投資のムダ！
Even if there are two drive-through windows, there is no staff who can handle it, so in the end, one staff member will take turns.
One drive-through window is enough.
Waste of capital investment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月9日18時頃ドライブスルーにて購入。レシートにコーラLサイズついてたのに、品物が入ってない、すぐ受け取った中身を持参店員に言いに行った所、謝るばかりで、ここは、何回も品物が入ってない、足りない事がおきる。ハッピーセットのおもちゃが入ってなかった時も何度もある、
自宅からまた言いに行くのも離れていて、面倒なので、おもちゃは、諦めさせた。店長を呼んで欲しいと訴えても、無視、謝られても、従業員の管理を改善して欲し

Purchased at drive-through around 18:00 on March 9th. The receipt had a cola L size, but there was no item in it. I went to tell the clerk who brought the contents I received immediately, but I just apologized. It happens. There are many times when Happy Meal toys weren't included,
I gave up on the toys because it was too much trouble to go back to my house. Even if you ask the store manager to call you, ignore it, or apologize, I want you to improve employee management.
