雪	雪見もち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は他の店と変わらず美味しいです。が、店員が笑顔がなく本当に接客業やってるの？って感じの態度でした。もちろん笑顔で接客してる方もいましたが… 中でも、三◯という人は話を聞いていなかったり人によって態度を変えたりメニューを見て悩んでいるとあからさまに嫌そうな顔でため息をついたりと不快です。一緒に食べにきた人もその態度に凄くイライラしていて、せっかくの楽しい食事が台無しになってしまったので改善をお願いしたいです。 The taste is as good as other stores. K	KSK Tachibana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書いている通り、この店舗ではとにかく待たされます。何の断りもなく順番を（平均して5〜6人分は）飛ばされます。二回入店して二回とも。他の店舗でそのような事になった経験は無いので、店舗スタッフさんの現場判断で勝手にマニュアルに背いているのだと分かります。自分達がやり易いように仕事して、少しでも効率良くしてるつもりなんでしょうが、自分より後のお客さんがアイスを注文し始めるまで、自分のアイスの作成をストップされちゃってる側の気持ちも考えて下さい。見えてますよ、ちゃんと。 As others have written, you'll have to wait at this store anyway.
