★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客業でストレスたまるのは分かるけど…スマイルゼロ円どころが真逆の表情で客にストレスをぶつけてきます。小規模店だからか他店でやってるセールなどをやっておらず割引適用されてないことに注文したあと気づいたりしますのでその旨をどっか分かりやすいとこに書いといてほしい。店内開放的でそれほど混まないのでマクドにしては居心地は良いほう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3品しか頼んでないのにも関わらず、10分近く待たされた。しかも謝罪なし。
また注文時に店内か持ち帰りかを二度聞いてくる店員がいる。同じこと二度聞くな、一度で理解しろ。
店員の接客を最低限でも常識レベルまで底上げして欲しい。
Despite having only asked for 3 items, I waited almost 10 minutes. And there is no apology.
There is also a clerk who asks twice when ordering, whether in-store or take-away. Do not ask the same thing twice.
We want you to raise customer service to the common sense level at the minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人手不足なのか結構待たされるのに、おばさんクルー同士のお喋りが酷すぎる。こっちが注文言ってる途中で、注文受けてるおばさんと後ろで作業してるおばさんがギャハハハとお喋りしたので、注文を2回言う羽目になった。
長年同じメンバーでやってるとこういうことになるんでしょうね。マクドナルドは接客が完璧というイメージを勝手に持っていましたが、プロ意識のないおばさんもいるんだなと思いました。
The talk between the aunt crew is too terrible, even though I have been waiting for a while because of the lack of manpower. While I was ordering, the aunt who was receiving the order and the aunt who was working behind me talked to Gahahaha, so I ended up saying the order twice.
If you have been doing it with the same members for many years, it will be like this. McDonald's had the image that customer service was perfect, but I thought that some aunts were not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の夕方、少し混んでました。少ないスタッフでも頑張ってると思いました。他のレビュアーが仰ってる感じのスタッフはいなかったです、時間帯で違うのかもしれませんね。
ちょっと疲れていたのでエグチでひと休みでした。
It was a little crowded on weekday evenings. I thought that even a small number of staff would do their best. I didn't have the staff that other reviewers said, it may be different depending on the time of day.
I was a little tired so I had a rest at Eguchi.

駐車券を持っているのにそれにふれなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.4.3 東京あそびマーレに行ったので、昼をマックにしましたが、昼時なのかすごく混んでいた。そして注文した商品にミスがありました。
私は気が付いた時点で電話をしたら返金対応いただけたのでひとまず、対応については満足です。でも、周りのお母さんは「え～ハッピーセットが何も入ってないんだけど・・・」とぼやいてましたので、注文ミスなのか手渡しミスなのか分かりませんが、もう少し焦らず対応してほしいものです。。。
