住宅展示場としては、規模は小さ目ですね。来客よりも従業員の方が多い時がよくあります。
I went for a prize item. Here you can get good prizes quite often. We fill out the questionnaire, but it is not particularly persistent and willingly accepts you even if you visit repeatedly.
It's a small house exhibition hall. Often there are more employees than visitors.

家を、建てるなんて考えてなくても無料で家族で、楽しめると思いますよ(*^^*)
寒い時期ですけど､モデルハウスに入ってちょっと休憩がわりにお茶でも飲んで快適空間で、セレブ気分(*^^*)
子供さん達が退屈しないように、おもちゃのプレゼントがもらえたり遊びに行くところに悩んだら無料で、遊ぶ場所としては最高!!
家なんて、そうそう買えるものものではないですけどね…?

最寄り駅は近鉄五位堂ですが徒歩20分近い気がしました。
センターハウスの担当者さんは優しくにご対応して頂けます。
Is it a medium-sized housing exhibition hall? The parking lot is large.
The nearest station is Kintetsu Goido, but I felt that it was about a 20-minute walk.
The person in charge of the center house will be kind to you.
