数年前、マツダ車購入でお世話になり、この度は軽の買い換えに伴い見積りと試乗でまたお世話になることになりました。 私が購入希望のグレードの試乗車がないため 他店舗から取り寄せてもらいました。 見積りも自分の予算に合わせたいくつかのパターンを用意してくれましたので、購入プランに役立てたいと思います。 商談ルームと、整備受付が別場所でスムーズに受付できます。 商談ルームも広くガラス張りで明るく、車両も数台置いてますし、キッズルームも広く家族でゆっくり時間を過ごせます。 余談ですが、商談、試乗など事前受付するといいですよ。

車の急な故障って、ビックリしますよね!おまけに仕事帰りに片方ですがランプが切れていたのがわかると……。どうにもならないけど……。すぐ直さないといけない。けれどいつも利用している車の会社が土、日、祝と休みだったら待ちます?背に腹は変えれません!よね→何事でも一緒ですが行った事がないお店って緊張しますよね。この大洲本店側を通った事はあるんですが一度も立ち寄った事がなく→簡単なランプ替えの為、駐車場で聞くだけ聞いてみようと!受付して時間、料金を算出して、お茶クッキーをいただきカープ観戦している間に修理完了!見た目社員が多い気もしましたがそれぞれの流れがスムーズで良かった良かったかな?

サービスの対応は良かったですが、ショールームとサービス受付が完全に独立した作りなので、気軽に新車が見れないのが残念。 車検で寄って、新車を見て、次は買い替えかな。というキッカケが無い 2020/12/10 20年来マツダ乗り継ぎましたが、トヨタに乗り換えました。 最近のマツダは車種が偏りすぎですね。戦略なのはわかりますが、長年支えてきた広島のユーザが必要とするファミリーカーをなくすのは裏切られた感があります。ミニバン等のファミリーカーは他メーカーを買えと言うことなのでしょうが、マツダのファミリーカーだから選んでたユーザも少なからずいたのにね。それに車酔いしやすい人には視界が悪い今のマツダは後部座席乗ると酔うよ、これがドライバー中心と言う事ね、同乗者は厳しい環境と言う事。実体験です。

買うまではいい事ばっかり調子いい事言って、買った後は誠実さがない。サービスも悪い。買う前と言ってた事が全然違う。ここで買ったのを心底後悔しています。 口車にのって信用してしまったこちらも悪いですが、今まで他社のディーラーさんは快く聞いてくれてた事もしぶられるし、担当の人だけかもしれないですけど営業の人が車のことを知らなすぎる。 アンフィニの方が良かったかも。実際アンフィニの人の説明がしっかりしていたおかげで、ここの営業の人の説明が全然でも車の購入に至れたわけで… 今後の対応次第ではメンテdeパックの解約も考えないといけないかな… 本店って…名前で信用してしまってたかも…

When I first entered the building, I really thought it was a good place and the staff was friendly. As soon as I met the agent, I felt a bit uncomfortable especially when I said I’m still thinking whether to buy Mazda’s ND or Toyota’s 86. The agent wasn’t enthusiastic and not motivated. I’m planning to buy a sports car this year, but hesitant to buy from Mazda because of this awful experience.
