長年お世話になっているお店です。 長年お世話になっている中で嫌な思い・ミスが無かったと言えば嘘になりますが、ミスがあってもきちんと対応してくださったので感謝しています。

店舗デザインが変わって、応対が高品質系に。新車は勿論、中古車の取扱いも。マツダの車の独特な格好良さに惹かれて何十年。長い間お世話になってます。

若い店員さんの応対は良いです。年配の方は微妙。 市内のマツダは総じて車の完成度にソフト面が追いついていない印象がありますが、ここが1番まだいい方かと。

購入の前と後で接客に差がある。購入後に手続きのため訪れた際に、店の外で作業をしている様子もない店員は目が合ったのにもかかわらず声をかけてくることも無く、店に入ると用件を聞かれることもなく挨拶すらも無かった。何のために受付にいるのか。また、担当の店員の態度も変わったように思う。言ってることが2転3転して親身な様子を感じなかった。確認すると言っていたが連絡もない。以前、「今購入すれば頑張れる」と言っていたのは口先だけで、購入決めれば用済みな態度を取られるのでしょうか。客を選んでるのかなめてるのかどっちにしろこのような接客ではもう行きたくないと思いますし、当然周りにも評判は伝えます。次に繋がる接客をしてください。

予約して来店しても、『どうされました?』って忘れてるしその他の件で予約依頼したら『代車がないので来月なります』って9月に言われ、もう10月も終わるところなのに何の音沙汰も無し。 完全に忘れてるな(怒)。 前の担当さんは、こまめに連絡してくれてちゃんとやってくれてたのに担当変わった途端にこれだもんな・・・。 ディーラーは、車売ったら終わりですか? ディーラー変えようかな
