★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見積もり出たら連絡を下さいと伝えていたにも関わらず、こちらがしびれを切らして連絡するまで一切連絡が無く、更にはお願いしていた修理箇所について確認したら「ある程度見積もりは出ていましたが、そこはまだ見ていませんでした」と。
見積もり出てたならまず連絡しろと。
こちらが1度電話するまで約1週間、更に1週間何も音沙汰がないので2回目の電話、それから担当が休んだり定休日が重なったりして最終的な見積もりが出るまで約3週間もかかりました。
修理に入ってからは早かったですが、もっと早く連絡を取り合っていればこんなに期間はかからなかったはず。
そもそもディーラー側から電話してこないのはなんなのかと。
入店しても声をかけてくることが少なく、忙しそうにして(事実忙しいのかもしれませんが)声もかけづらい雰囲気を出しています。
二度と車を預けたくないし、知人友人にも勧められないディーラーですね。
