それと、同伴していた親にばかり話す 買うのは私なのに！

売り上げが低迷していた時期は、とにかく必至に顧客を得ようと一生懸命だった。
その時に比べるとやはり、今は売り上げが順調である為、何か接客がマニュアルに通りの対応で、営業をロボットに任せた方が断然効率よくていい！
人だからこそできる何かがあるのではと思うが、多分今後マツダ車は購入しないと思う。
車の買い替えを検討中ではあったが、もう2度とマツダ車には乗らないと思わせるほどの低落ぶり。

When sales were stagnant, I was working hard to get customers anyway.
After all, compared to the time, sales are now good, so it's better to leave the sales to a robot by all means according to the manual response to the customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車に異常を感じた為、相談の電話をしたら、今日は忙しいので他へ行って欲しいと遠回しに言われた。営業担当は自分で電話を掛けておいて、内容を確認をしたら「電話しましたっけ？」という始末。もう二度とこのディーラーを利用することはない。
I felt something was wrong with my car, so when I called for consultation, I was told to go around because I am busy today. The sales person made a phone call by himself, and when he confirmed the contents, he said "Did you call?" I will never use this dealer again.
