敷地も広く、営業スタッフのスキルや、車を修理するエンジニアのスキルも高い‼️ショウルームも広いし店内は、快適に過ごせますね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検をお願いするに当たり新車の試乗もさせて頂きました。担当の営業マンにもよりますが、私の担当者は大変満足できる方です。無論、車を持っていった際にはペッの方に対応頂きましたが、その方も大変対応が良かったです。マツダ車を買うならお勧めです。マツダ車に興味のある方は一度冷やかしがてらに行かれては如何でしょうか。理解して頂けると思います。ただし、営業マンを気に入って流れで購入しても責任は取れませんが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店で購入した車をリコール点検できました。初来店。2週間以上前に電話予約し来店。その際に追加のリコールの点検もあり時間もかかるとのこと。持ち物の案内など特になし。
実際に訪問すると、この書類がないか、どうのこうの。こちらをせめたてるような感じでした。
なので、電話予約した際になぜ必要書類があることを言わなかったのかと確認しました。
ないものはない。書類を取りに帰る手間は？そちらの都合で点検が必要なのに、貴重な時間を返してほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マツダはブランドイメージ戦略でかつてのマツダ地獄を払拭できたかもしれないが、末端のセールスやサービススタッフにはまだまだ浸透していない。ここで車を買ったが、メカニックのスキルが低く点検や部品交換も超テキトーです。車を足としか使ってない人は気にならないかもしれないが、車に詳しく愛着を持っている人ならばこの店の問題にすぐ気づくでしょう。店長がしょっちゅう変わるのも問題があるからです。マツダ車は好きですが店がイメージを悪くしてる。
Mazda may have been able to dispel the former Mazda hell with its brand image strategy, but it has not yet penetrated the end sales and service staff. I bought a car here, but the mechanic's skill is low and inspection and parts replacement are super-texture. People who only use the car as their feet may not care, but those who are familiar with the car will soon notice the problem with this store. There is also a problem that the store manager changes frequently. I like Mazda cars, but the store has a bad image.
